Didn't sleep well at all...   so much happening at once.   Thinking of Mac.   I expect she is taking exams, getting shots, uniforms and learning to scream, "Yes, Drill Sergant" and "More PT, Drill Sergant!"

As I recall they use the entry day exam and PT tests to sort recruites into companies of similar attributes.   My unit (Ft L-Wood 42 years ago) was 90% new college grads and I only remember one guy, Gavin, who wasn't in decent shape.
